Ireland’s Eye 2 is an exhibition curated by Mark Joyce, featuring works by six Irish artists—Isobel McCarthy, Olivia Normile, Mary Sullivan, Aaron Sunderland Carey, and Electronic Sheep (Brenda Aherne and Helen Delany)—alongside archives from the Yeats Sisters. This fourth iteration of the exhibition in Indonesia is a collaboration between ISA Art, Orasis Art Space, and the Embassy of Ireland, exploring modern Irish identity amid social, cultural, and environmental shifts. Through textiles, moving images, installations, and printmaking, the artists respond to the friction between tradition and modernity. The exhibited works highlight narratives of coastal women laborers, urban marginalization, memories of domestic spaces, and the dynamics of visual perception in the digital age.

The spirit of the textile works in this exhibition is also inspired by the legacy of the Yeats Sisters (Elizabeth and Susan Yeats)—prominent figures of the Irish Arts and Crafts movement who pioneered historical narrative-based print craft and textiles. Taking its name from the historic island off the coast of Dublin, Ireland’s Eye invites the audience to reflect on how memory is embedded in the landscape, how communities endure, and the role of art as an agent of change.

The branding design for this exhibition serves as an extension of the exhibition material itself—namely, how artists interact with their materials and the archival prints of the Yeats Sisters, implemented into branding assets duplicated across various print and digital communication media.
